💡 Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Due to the instant access and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads on Harrimony.live are final.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Wedding planning templates
- Customizable checklists
- Printable guides or e-books
- Digital design files
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
❗ Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The file is corrupted and cannot be opened or used
- You purchased multiple copies of the same product by mistake
- The download never becomes available due to a system error
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@harrimony.live. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly — either by providing a working file or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
